Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. HAZA reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. HAZA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Advance Payment via Bank Transfer only

We do not accept debit cards or credit cards for advance payments. Payment must be completed as per the selected method before or upon delivery.

5. Shipping

We ship within Pakistan only. Delivery timelines and shipping charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. HAZA is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined therein, including the mandatory unboxing video requirement.

7. Cancellation

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of HAZA and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HAZA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

HAZA does not provide any warranty or guarantee on its products unless required by applicable law. All products are sold “as is” based on the descriptions provided on our website.
