1. Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No payment has been made, so no refund is applicable.
  • Advance Payment (Bank Transfer) Orders: If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original bank account within a reasonable timeframe.

5. HAZA-Initiated Cancellations

HAZA reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any advance payment received will be fully refunded.
