1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed on the same day whenever possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.

4. Courier Partners

We work with multiple courier companies across Pakistan. The courier used for your order is selected based on service quality and delivery performance in your area. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

5. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed during checkout. Please review the checkout page for the current free shipping threshold applicable to your order.

6. Shipping Charges

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the respective courier's website.

8. Delays & Lost Shipments

HAZA is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter.
